I am a licensed real estate broker, a Realtor (R) and principal stockholder in our company - 1431 Real Estate. We also operate 1431 Property Management LLC, to provide needed professional property management services to our area and our clients. While I reside on the North Shore of Lake Travis, my business activities also cover Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, and Austin.
My wife, Joyce, and I moved to Lago Vista over twelve years ago and have been involved in community affairs on many levels since that time. I am a Past-President of the Lago Vista & Jonestown Area Chamber of Commerce, and of the Lago Vista Festival Foundation, and am Vice-President and Board Member of the Lago Vista Economic Development Alliance.
Joyce and I were honored to be named "Distinguished Citizens of Lago Vista" by the Mayor of Lago Vista in March 2006. The members of the Lago Vista & Jonestown Area Chamber of Commerce honored me as "Citizen of The Year 2006" and again for 2009.
